Below are the guidelines that will help you understand what information is essential and how to communicate with the Admission Office to ensure that your application is completed. Any and all information you can provide to us will help us in the application process.
How do I make an application?
1. Complete the On-line Application form including all relevant information and attach a photo to the application.
2. Submit a copy of the students most recent report card including transcripts from all completed high school grades
3. Submit a Coaches recommendation (current Team)
4. Submit a teacher recommendation (current English or Math)

Costs
The all-inclusive cost of attendance for 2012-13: $35,250 CDN
Tuition:
Instruction, books, all school programs, tutoring, SAT preparation program and use of computers and wireless
for the school year.
Boarding:
Accommodations, complete meal plan in the dining room prepared by our chef, snacks and beverages.
This fee also includes costs associated with the administration of the Residential Program.
Athletics:
Comprehensive sports program, strength and conditioning program, sport mentorship program, coaching,
fitness assessments per year, ice time for games and practices, hotels, transportation costs, meals while
on the road, additional activities, team travel, team jersey, tournament fees and other costs associated
with administration of the athletic program (e.g. tournaments, showcases, referees, etc.)
Please Note: $250 room & book fee for each academic year.

IIHF International Transfer Fee:
Players: $1400
For male non North American students birth year 1994 and older this fee is required as per the Hockey Canada
Regulations in accordance with IIHF guidelines.
Student Athletic Fee:
Players (Male) - $500 Goalies (Male) - $300
Includes: Pant Shell, Maroon Gloves, Maroon Helmet, Hockey Bag, Team Travel bag, Team Jacket, Gym
Short/Top, Compression Top/Bottom, Skate Sharpening (for season), Game Tape
(for season - white/black/clear).
Player and Goalie (Female) - $250 includes Hockey and Travel Bag, Team Clothing and Skate Sharpening
Returning Players
- $75
Includes: Skate sharpening and game tape. Individual equipment may be ordered separately.
Students who are not covered by a family health insurance policy must purchase Student Health Plan coverage. Additional fees such as additional training, physiotherapy, extra curricular activities etc. will be billed accordingly.
Financial Aid
The Academy awards athletic scholarships, academic scholarships and financial aid to prospective students. In 2011-2012 over $250,000 was awarded to student-athletes
Athletic Scholarships
Athletic scholarships are bases on skill level, work ethic, committment and future potential. Awards are determine by coaches evaluation's of players during practices and games.
Academic scholarships
Academic scholarships are based on past performance and future academic potential. Awards are determined by previous transcripts and teacher recommendations.
Financial Aid
Financial aid grants are awarded by the Academy's Financial Aid Committee after evaluation of the submitted financial aid package. All packages are evaluated on a case by case basis.
