NOTE: We are within a 1.5 hour drive of 10 colleges and universities and 2 NHL hockey teams. In the area, we have some of the best specialist coaches and teachers in the world.

 

Strategy Sessions

 

• Focus on player positioning in all three zones

• Strong concentration on specialty teams; PP & PK

• Provide game situation options

• Break-out, NZ re-group, fore-check, offensive zone penetration, defensive zone coverage

• Games will be video taped and analyzed

• Game video breakdown & review on regular basis

 


Train Like the Olympians …. Schedule and Periodization Plan

    

      Advanced competitive athlete management requires the planning and implementing of a schedule that incorporates early season, specialization, competition and peaking phases. The entire Academy schedule is based on a periodization plan that incorporates exercise physiology, motor learning, bio-mechanics and mental training to ensure that the athletes peak performance is planned at the desired times.
